period is late

my period is 2 days late now, i am not sexually active so i’m not worried about pregnancy at all. my discharge is watery and clear. i’m getting some cramps but they are very short. any idea what this could be? my periods have been regular since i got them (5 years ago) but as of recently they have been a little longer. i’m not stressed but idk what’s going on.
