My husband and I had our first appointment today. I have had crazy pregnancy symptoms and was thinking I was further along than initially thought. The midwife told me we could do an ultrasound to date my pregnancy but to not get my hopes up at seeing much as I am 5wk 6d. Well wouldn't you know we had not one but two babies in there! Both measuring 6 weeks to date and with strong heart beats. We go back in a week to make sure everything is progressing well since it is so early but wow am I surprised! I am so overwhelmed and excited at the same time but don't know where to even begin preparing for two babies as these are our firsts. Any suggestions?!?!
