Numbing
I've been dealing with a lot of lower back pain and not just on one side I've hade a pain that runs from my hip down to my ankle and makes my leg go numb like its a sleep and it's like this all the time. Is this normal?? I go to a clinic and they say it is but I can't handle the pain no more please help.
