Possibly water leaking?

Do you guys know how to test to see if your water is leaking or if it’s just extra discharge? With my first my water broke and I heard/felt a pop and gushes of water came out. But just a few mins ago I was doing dishes and felt my under suddenly extra wet. I changed my underwear and put a panty liner on but not sure if there’s more I should do before calling my midwives.
