Keloid treatments on nose piercing?

I got my nose pierced in August and it’s been fine since. I have a keloid right next to it, no pain. I’ve been using Bayer aspirin on it for a few days, as well as using a cotton ball soaked in warm salt water on it. I just tried using tea tree oil today. I have had it for a few weeks now, but just started treating it. If these do not help, what can I do?

You don’t have to go to a doctor or anything it’ll eventually go away on its own . I only ever used Bactine to clean my nose ring and never had any issues

Go to a doctor. My friend got a keloid from stretching his ears and i think you can get it poped by a doctor or something
