My smell sense is killing me

I am Quarantined in my room because I feel like my living room area smells SO bad! Like food mixed with idk what. It’s right next to our kitchen so I know the smells of food may linger but it’s so bad to where the moment I set foot outside I throw up 😭 anyone experiencing this? When will it go away?
