Not sure need help

Is there still a possibility of being pregnant if there is very faint blood and Tiny but of spotting? I had sex Jan. 1st and he finished inside me. But I have so little blood than usual it like the size of a penny maybe smaller and it’s very faded blood. Not as dark as it should probably be!!! Help!
