Hi I honestly thought i was pregnant because of the symptoms and i missed two periods and im regular. I didn’t have money to buy a test and i was very busy so i never got to it but I started spotting and then stopped. Then the next day i had cramps all in my back and side stomach and my whole body hurted and the bleeding started to pick up didn’t feel like my regular period cramps . But the thing is that this blood doesn’t look like blood. Its not clots and it’s either a cranberry red color or very bright kinda pink or brown. Rn im bleeding a good amount of bright red blood but its a watery type consistency and doesn’t smell or feel like blood.
