Potential pregnancy fear

Hey guys need advice bassicly I did artificial insemination on the 30th of July and got pregnant began bleeding at 6 weeks they sent me for an emergency scan and they thought they saw 2 sacs but no movement or any sign of heart beat but bladder wasn't full so they couldn't be certain about anything.... 12 weeks after I kept having very very light periods barely blotching so my friend convinced me to do a test ended up doing 9 tests 4 very faint positives and the rest in conclusion went to Dr's and he did one it came up odviusly 2 lines 30 seconds later nothing... He felt my stomach and jumped out of his skin I have a abdo and pelvis scan in 5 days and I'm so scared it's unreal due to being on 101 deffrent meds can someone just give me. Advice pleaseeeeeeeee 🤞🤞🤞🤞
