Anyone have letrozole?

So i am waiting till February to go for an IUI. Has anyone ever been prescribed letrozole and try naturally while on it? And have you been successful?

I did 3 cycles with it, wasn’t successfull for me but I already ovulate

Not me but my friend who had been trying unsuccessfully for a year got pregnant first round with letrazole. She had ovulation problems. She actually conceived twins but one “vanished”. But the baby she has is going strong at 10 weeks.

I did letrizole 2-3 times and got pregnant the last time. Helped me know when I was ovulating since my periods are irregular.

We did 3 rounds of Letrozole.. 2 with Ovidrel.. 3rd round was successful! 17wks+2 today

Never successful after multiple rounds... but I have DOR and hubby has very little sperm count.  It depends on your situation.  If your partner had good sperm and you have good young eggs and just need a little ovulation help... it should work

We did 6 cycles with it. It definitely made me ovulate, but it never worked for us as far as getting pregnant. We tried naturally with it for 3 cycles and did 3 IUIs with it. We did IVF in August and now 19 weeks pregnant. Good luck, I hope it works for you!!
