Lots of cramping and symptoms yesterday, not much today?

Ladies. This is my 3rd baby but I have had 4 miscarriages..I'm a bit nervous. I'm 5w3d based on LMP. I was super crampy all day yesterday and bloated, like I was with my daughter. Today, I haven't felt hardly any cramping at all, some gas and bloating but nothing else. I'm getting a repeat blood draw tomorrow to check my levels. Anybody else have come and go symptoms??

Yes I had cramping  all weekend and it felt like period cramps. I was scared. I went on Monday for another Hcg test and my numbers are still going up nicely. I think it's just stretching and expanding of the uterus.

Some of my symptoms have come in waves/phases. So for a while I was having some occasional cramping and then that went away. But then I got terrible bloating for a while until I woke up one day and that aspect was a lot better.  I guess what I'm saying is I don't think it's weird to go through phases of symptoms!

If I bend the wrong way I cramp. Not sure why but I'm about to quit bending all together.
