Would you see anything on a 4 week ultrasound?

So I’m having a scan on Wednesday external and internal ultrasound I’d be 4 weeks will they see anything? If so what?

They should be able to see a sac but that’s it so far.

At 4 weeks baby is essentially just a clump of rapidly developing cells so this wouldn’t really be detected on ultrasound yet as many women don’t even know they’re pregnant yet at 4 weeks gestation. By 5 weeks you may see a gestational sac, but likely won’t see baby or the yolk sac until 6+ weeks.
