Running shoes?

What’s a good kind of shoes for running? I’ve got some kind of Nike pair but they’re honestly so uncomfortable and stif when I walk/run! What do you guys like or suggest?

Go to a running store and get properly fitted for your foot and gait.  Everyone is different.

It really comes down to your unique feet, running posture, and budget. I have flat feet and a slight pigeon foot. I find Nike Frees to be extremely comfortable. However, I plan to swotch after my current pair. Brooks and Asics are really good as well.

I like “barefoot” shoes. I hardly ever wear shoes but if I have to I have Merrill trail running shoes. They are so light and flexible and it feels like you are hardly wearing anything.

I tried Asics before because I heard they were the best for running, but they hurt my feet. I still have them and probably only wore them a few times. 
I use Nike Free Runs and it’s the only kind of Nike sneakers like to use. Very comfy.

It really depends on your feet. I have a flat foot, so anything with an arc, I can't wear. I find the Nike Air Max really comfy.

Nike’s are horrible for running IMO. I’m a runner, mostly trails, some distance. I have ASICS for road and trail. Find a local running shop. They will look at how you strike the ground and your gait and recommend the best kind of show for you. Then I take those recommendations and find something cheaper online.
