Is it normal?

I'm just wondering if its normal for your breasts to smell like milk even if you haven't experienced any leaking yet? I just get this weird whiff of milk when I take off my bra or shirt so today I (awkwardly, aha) asked my husband to smell my nipples and he could smell it too. I noticed some white stuff on my nipple that smelled strongly of milk a few days ago but thats it, I haven't noticed any actual leaking. I'm a FTM if that wasn't clear ahaha.
