Try changing positions while trying to pee. Lean forward, lift one side over another, do kegels, and be patient. I have had to sometimes sit on the toilet for 30 minutes. Sometimes when I gave up, I would zip up n leave only to feel like peeing again n this time, it would come out. Lol.

I feel like i have to pee 24/7. Nothing comes out and my gyno doesn’t care as long as i don’t have a uti or infection (and I’m getting sick of feeling like I’m peeing myself wHEN IM NOT😂
