When is everyone starting their baby registries?

First time mom trying to figure out when do start these kinds of things.

Any time before you send out your invites to your baby shower! That way you can link it on the invites! You can start it now and slowly add things to it as you think of them, or do it all at once it’s up to you!

You can start putting it together as soon as you want. It can keep you busy and feel like you're being productive. Then you have plenty of time to research things like car seats and think about what you do/don't need.
I like using Amazon's registry and once you're done, it gives you a one time discount for like 10 or 15% off remaining items you didn't get (not everything is eligible but a lot are). You might have to be a prime member for that though.
Some people prefer to wait until they know the gender (around 19 weeks unless you plan to find out early). A lot of things can be gender neutral though!

I started mine. We aren't finding the gender out until birth so everything is gender neutral. It's our third baby so I've learn I really don't need much at all. my list is so short. But I started it so I can feel more prepared, make room in the house for it, and it's on amazon so I can share it anytime with anyone I want. 
Having it makes everything seem more doable. Like third baby smh I got this!
