Grandmother moving here to watch baby... Rant :(
So, my family lives in Illinois and I live with the hubby in New York. After I announced my pregnancy to my family, my grandmother offered to move here to help with the baby so that I could continue going to school and work. I appreciate that so much... That is so nice and thoughtful of her. At first, I told her yeah let's do it!!!
Well, I'm not due until January. She flew here this week to spend the week with me and I realized that there is no f*ing way I could live with someone besides my hubby and the little one. My home is my sanctuary and I am an introverted person- I use my home to recharge, relax, and find my peace. With someone living here, I need to entertain them... Accommodate them... Especially my grandmother who has no one here but me. Am I selfish or an ass for feeling this way? I will be miserable... I can already tell!!!! 😣😣😣😣
