Cramps
My cramps every month for the first 2 days are awful to the point where I would go to hospital. Does anyone have any suggestions for what I can do to minimize the pain? I will not take birth control. Pain killers are a big no and Advil only helps for a few hours. Heating pads are the only thing that seems to work !
