Just a tiny bit of tummy fat

Hello, Ladies!

I am starting to learn to love my body regardless. I am 200 lbs of spunk and confidence. It took me years to get to that point. I try to eat healthy, but I still enjoy pizza every so often, and gluten is my buddy. Just sayin. I tend to get migraines if I try any food plan that's too extreme. I go to the gym 5 times a week.

While I am learning to love my body, I still could use some help. My doctor is worried because I carry most of my weight in my middle area and that can usually mean heart problems in the future, especially since heart problems run in the family. You can't really tell in the pic but when I wear a t shirt I look 9 months pregnant. Getting tired of telling complete strangers after they touch my belly that what they are feeling is not a kick but gas. 😂

What did you do to lose belly fat? Again, most extreme food plans shock my body, but I am willing to try anything subtle. And inexpensive. Were there any excersizes you tried?
