Headaches Anyone???

Omg my head is killing me today. I’ve had faint headaches the past few days, but today is the worst! As well as my neck. 
Anything to help relieve some pain?

Essential oils are the only thing that helps me with the headaches. Find someone who sells a reputable brand and ask them if they’ll make you a roller bottle for $10. 5 drops each of frankincense, lavender, and peppermint. You can use through the 2nd trimester, then if you want to nurse stop use it because peppermint can reduce milk supply. Good luck!!!

You can take Tylenol. No more than 4g (or 4000mg) per day though
