For those who have a LO that sleep in a crib in a separate room and share a room with an older sibling , how do you do it ,?

I’m tired of the grunting and squeaks, but she still wakes up at 3:30/4am to feed so to go all the way across the house to get her and then come back and feed her on the couch or my bed bc There’s no chair or anything except my Older daughters bed and I’m not waking her up by sitting on it

Any suggestions?
