Lemon water????

Has anyone been drinking it to detox. I am starting tomorrow. But would like to hear some personal experiences. I have read a bunch of other benefits online. Help please ladies????

Yes i've been drinking it everyday for about 2 to 3 weeks. I also mix maybe 2-3 tbsp of ACV(apple cider vinegar) because it helps break down fat cells and helps the toxins u release exit the body. I've lost about 6 or 7 pounds (thats staying off), but thats without working out.

I LOVE lemons. And lemon water. I don't drink to detox I drink it because I just love it. Some people also add cucumber yo their water.
