Working out an incompetent cervix
I was wondering if a woman has a cerclage In place. Are they able to exercise? Maybe light exercising. I was just wondering I'm not pregnant yet but I have IC. I gained so much weight in my 1st and 2nd trimester that I cant imagine going a whole pregnancy without working out.😏😭
