Any of you ladies have any tips for having an unmedicated birth at a hospital? I don’t have much of a choice where to go due to lack of availability in my area and financial reasons. I work at the hospital I’ll be delivering at and went up to see what options they had for unmedicated birth and they rolled their eyes at me. They said they won’t let me birth on my hands and knees or squatting on the floor. Sooo with that being said, anybody have experience with this and have any advice to get what I want in this environment?
