Best stretch mark cream & best time to start?!

I’m only 5-7 weeks (haven’t had an ultrasound yet so I’ll find out when i do which should be around 2 weeks from now). I want to start as soon as i need to, to try my hardest to prevent stretch marks. Idk if my mom got them or not, if she did, they’ve faded over the years.

Just use coconut oil or bio oil. There’s also tummy butter you can use. They help eith itching from your skin stretching. If you’re gonna get stretch marks, it’s just gonna happen, even if your mom didn’t.

Trash the cream lol it's not going to do anything for you. Stretch mark prevention comes from slow and steady weight gain, keeping yourself very hydrated, working out regularly/daily, eating clean etc. Stretch marks are caused by a rapid increase in weight. If you're literally eating for two and not taking care of yourself, then you're most likely going to get them.

It won’t prevent them (they’re mostly genetic), but a good moisturizer will help keep your tummy from itching as it grows! I like Burt’s Bees Mama Bee Belly Butter (and I have no stretch marks yet for whatever that’s worth)!
