Copper IUD Vs Hormonal IUS
I've been thinking about switching my contraception but not sure which to go for. I really like the idea of a non-hormonal option, but I'm worried about the painful periods.
Had anyone had either of these? How did you find them? How were your periods? Did it get better after a few months?
