hate most veggies?

i’ve been vegetarian for 6 months and between i would switch back and forth vegan and vegetarian. but my diet included vegan/ vegetarian junk food i barely ate veggies. im trying to include them into my diet more. like today i had rice, onions, bell peppers, tofu, zucchini, avocado and mushrooms. i took a bite and threw it all back up :// i want to eat more healthier any tips?
