12w4d ultrasound

Here’s my most recent ultrasound, the tech and my doctors are refusing to tell us gender (apparently we don’t need to know😭😭) any guesses? I’m incredibly hormonal, and disappointed that they won’t tell us the babies gender. Is this normal for Canada?

Edit: I’m currently 16w4d and do not have another ultrasound after this
