So I’m going to be volunteering at my local hospital tomorrow and my role will be calling patients in the clinic and bringing them to the room. I’m mainly nervous about pronouncing names and what I should do if I run into a name I really can’t pronounce. I know it’s sounds like something stupid to be nervous about but I had a test run last week and the girl showing me completely butchered a name and I had no clue either an the patient was pretty rude about it, it’s probably just because I’m super sensitive but are there any tips on how I would go about it?
