Today after I got home from work I did my normal things, wheeled my trash cans up from the end of the (short) driveway, took out recycling, brought in a few groceries, walked downstairs to put in the laundry. Then i started to get a sharp pain in my abdomen to the left of my belly button and up a little while slightly bending over washing dishes. When i stood up straight it went away but if i am in a certain position i can feel the pain. Its not terrible pain, just uncomfortable and not normal.

Called the nurses hotline and Dr thinks it could be a pulled muscle or pinched nerve. Anyone else Hve anything similar?
