Vitamin E oil is wonderful for scars and stretch marks! As for the loose skin, like the other poster said, it will take time. But maybe a belly band of some sort could help some.

So it will tighten up over time. Just like the stretch marks. It took nine months for your body to grow a baby. Give your body nine months to a year to fully heal/recover. 
That being said exfoliate your stomach, it activates the skin to do its work. 
(I hope this isn’t offensive) but make sure you check yourself for diastasis recti. What looks like loose skin can just be your abs separated.
