Apple Watch sync?

Does Glow sync with an Apple Watch? Can it help with ovulation tracking? any other apps anyone recommends?

Glow syncs to my watch and I get notifications for when I’m set to ovulate.

I know Flo does, but I don’t think glow does unfortunately! Flo is really similar for tracking purposes but less community driven.
