Short luteal phase
I seem to be having short luteal phases since my failed IVF. I am 5dpo and already starting to cramp. Last cycle I had cramping at 8dpo and AF came following day. Does anyone know how I can fix this on my own? I have to wait 90 days for insurance to kick in since starting a new job so I can’t go to my doctor right now.
