I don’t ovulate “efficiently” and my husband’s sperm could use some improvement.

Today we had another consultation with my specialist (after all bloodwork & ultrasounds results came back). Everything is normal with me except my FSH is low - aka, I’m not growing eggs and releasing them “efficiently.”

We scheduled the first appointment to begin <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> round 1 next week. I’m scared, excited, nervous, emotional, unsure - all the things.

Talk me through it! If you’ve undergone this, what was it like? Was it successful for you? Any tips or advice?

I’m mainly trying to relax & have faith, it’s just a lot to take in.
