I have gone these last five months without having any weird spotting. I finished my period on the 28th and have had super light brown tinged discharge ever since. Is this normal? I have a hormonal iud (Kyleena)!

I've had my IUD for 13 months and haven't ever had a full period. I will spot and have brown discharge every month but never anything else. I get all the PMS symptoms though.

Irregular bleeding is common on the hormonal iuds. This includes spotting even brown, no bleeding, prolonged or heavier bleeding, lighter bleeding, periods closer together or farther apart.
