I’m 30 weeks and 4 days I normally have pretty basic bowel movements but all day today I have bad diarrhea like painful cramping and everything is this a sign of early labor I only ask bc I’m 4’10 I’m a very very small framed girl and just about every women in my family can’t carry a baby to term I was a month early weighing 4lbs
