Should I ask my ex what he didn't like about me
Ok I am asking because I'm going to my first CODA group tomorrow which is codependents anonymous. I have lots of bad history with my mom and my dad and should I ask my ex what traits he didn't like so I can learn and address them? After him and dealing with my parents I've had toxic relationships and I want to end it. I have a general idea of what I could've done different but idk. Or should I let it go and never know
