How far do she fall? 
How did she land? 
Did she hit her head?

If you notice a change in her behavior, definitely take her to see a doctor. If not, she's probably fine. But to be safe, you may want to take her to a doctor anyway just to be sure.

I wouldnt worry to much about it. Babys are way more durable then we think. Just keep an eye on the baby and if she acts funny then bring her in. When my first baby was 3 months old she rolled off the couch. Dont beat yourself up over it these things happen to more mom then you would think
