Dull ache inside hip?

Hey ladies! I've had this continuous dull ache on the inside of my right hip- close to the hip bone? It feels like I overstretched a muscle or something...any ideas what it might be? Occasionally it hurts around the back of my hip too? Any input would be appreciated!

Same here. Heat pad has helped her a warm bath.

I get pains in my hip that feel like I have a catch in the joint. It's from the sciatic nerve being pinched

Any idea how to help with it I used to used the smart relief muscle shocker but i cant use it while prego.
