How long after did you go into labor? How dilated at time of sweep? What did you experience after?

I had one done yesterday at 38weeks 3cm dilated and very soft. So far I’ve experienced very moderate cramping and contractions on and off. They last a few hours than stop. I had mild contractions all night until early this morning now staring to cramp again. Bloody show been going on every time I wipe pretty much since last night. I even had to put on a pad it’s been so much. Im coming up on the 24hr mark and starting to lose hope it’s going to work. I know the dr said 24-48hrs.
