How many times do you baby dance?

Just wondering how many times on avg do you “do it” around ovulation day? And which days do you focus on? I’m 34 ttc for the last 4 months. Any special positions that encourage conception too?

Me and my husband did it about 3-4 times on average during my fertile week every other day,this is what my month looked like when we got our positive

The 5th was the start of my fertile week and I got the positive ovulation test on the 9th, I hope this helps, good luck.

I do it every other day plus the day we get our first positive on OPK. This worked for your first two. I’m on 3rd cycle trying for our third. Im 34 and thinking that maybe slow g us down:)

We did it 3 times during my fertile week. The last time we had sex was 2 days before ovulation. Got pregnant first try. No fancy stuff or positions used. Factors that may or may not have helped: we’re both 30, generally healthy, I’d been taking a prenatal for 2 months beforehand, both of us are vegan, active in gym 4x weekly, not a coffee drinker, never on any contraception (though from what it sounds like, that doesn’t necessarily mean anything!), stopped drinking for a month before and he’s been alcohol free for over a year.

I'm 32 and have been ttc for 5 months. We've mixed it up from every other day, to every day to 2 days on,1 day off etc. Always daybefire and on ovulation day. Hips hip, hips down, ass up, ass down...I don't think there is a magic formula. 🙄 It's just a timing thing. Sending lots of baby dust though!
