Yes i started using mine at 32weeks delivered 37wks 6 days but i started having contractions and dilating at 30weeks

I've been using mine for weeks. I'm 34 weeks. 
Why wouldn't you be able to? It's good for stretching, your back, helping baby get into correct positioning.
