Morning Yoga 🧘🏼♀️🤰🏼 i am a Yoga Teacher so i have implemented this 8 1/2 minutes of yoga and 5 minutes of meditation every morning. It helped me to stretch, relax and maintain my center. It is very simple so anyone can do it ... FYI- my cat loves 🧘
