Saw my high risk Dr today. Due to my advanced maternal age and gestational diabetes he won’t let me go past 38 weeks. Baby measured 7 lbs 15 oz at today’s ultrasound. I’m currently 36W 3D

He did some extra blood work and depending on those results he may or may not deliver this coming weekend at exactly 37 weeks.

I’m all sorts of emotional right now. I’m not ready for him to be here yet. I keep crying and we are not telling anyone about the early induction because I can’t deal

With the stress of my family constantly calling or texting asking for updates.

I’m a first time mom and this has been a roller coaster.

I pray he comes out healthy and no major complications arise.

Anyone else getting induced at 37-38 weeks?
