Hi everyone! I am in a new relationship and needing to get back on some kind of birth control. I was on the pill for a little under a year, but it caused so many bad side effects for me and made sex painful and so unenjoyable. I tried two different pills during that time and the new one barley helped. So now that I’m finally enjoying sex I’m scared starting birth control again will make it painful like before, but I know I need to use something more than just condoms just in case. I’m hesitant of hormonal birth control now, but am also nervous about other types. I’m meeting with my gynecologist soon and just want to make sure I tell her everything I need to. Any and all advice would be wonderful! Thank you!!!
