Is anynot hungry and the thought of food makes me want to throw up?? What should I do eat saltine crackers??

Same here the smell of food the sight of food if someone says something about food I’m sick 😭 I been eating crackers and I read on google that watermelon helps too.

I’m always hungry for like 10 minutes and by the time I actually settle on something to eat I’m not hungry anymore and it sucks I can only nibble on food I can’t eat a full meal anymore it feels like my body is solely running off of oxygen

I haven’t been hungry I have to force myself to eat. The smell of food doesn’t bother me just haven’t been hungry
