Soft cup! Help?

Has anyone ever used the soft cup when trying ttc? If so what am I suppose to see when I take it out?

Tired Soft Cups and Pixie Cup. Got an UTI both times. I thought it was just the Soft Cups the first time because I had never used them before. They could work for you but I'd be cautious.
