So since I've been about 12 weeks pregnant, I've had a very good appetite & no nausea. But this past week, I have almost no appetite at all & I'm gagging & puking a lot. ESPECIALLY at night. I've spent the past 3 or 4 nights with my head in the toilet. I'm very, very uncomfortable and I'm starting to have bad muscle pains from throwing up & dry heaving so much. What do I do? 😭😭

I'm 32 weeks now btw
