During my period or right when I’m about to get it, i get REALLL bad anus cramps and i don’t know how to get rid of it. I know its normal to cramp obviously but this is some other pain. Sometimes i have to hold on to something and grip it so hard to be able to deal with the pain and sometimes it hurts so bad i feel like i could pass out. I don’t wanna go to the doctor though. Is there anything i can take that would help and does this happen to you guys at all?
