Ovulation after BC
My husband and I are TTC baby #1. I ended my last pill pack of Ortho Tricyclen Lo (lowest hormone dose BC) on 7/30. I began spotting a bit on 7/31 and AF began 8/1.
I noticed EWCM on 8/19 for the first time (I had been checking routinely). I didn't have any before or after that, only watery CM. A couple days later my nipples became very sore. I've always had sore breasts before AF but never sore nipples. I'm still experiencing sore nipples and a new discovery- milky CM for the last 4 days.
So, I guess I'm wondering..what is normal? What are your experiences after BC, ideally Ortho Tricyclen Lo? How soon did you start ovulating? Are these normal symptoms after ovulation? AF is scheduled to begin 9/1 according to Glow. I'm praying she doesn't show her ugly face. 👹
